Splash park and other antics

Ian is a funny guy- he loves wearing hats and thinks that the stamp is a "tatoo" and puts them all over himself when given the chance. The other day he grooved out with his flute before heading to the splash park with his friends. We;ve been there before and funny enough when looking at these pictures of Ian and Gabriel they are both in the same suits as last year. Hmmmm - cheap parents or kids that don't grow very quick?

Anniversary and other things

So we celebrated out six year wedding anniversary by taking the I-Man to the beach for the first time. I can't believe that he is almost three and we hadn't been to the ocean - but I remembered why- I don't particularly like the ocean and neither does Steven. And technically we weren't at the ocean since we went to Sherwood Island State Park which is on Long Island Sound. But the I-Man had a good time even though he didn't like walking on the rocky beach or the sand blowing. Then he and I went to MA that Friday and just returned yesterday. I had a conference in Ohio and Ian had quality time with the family up there. I think he ran Grammy and Dick ragged. Or just talked their ears off. Boy can he talk! First thing this morning he asked for his hard hat and the stickers that Dick gave him from the union meeting we waited outside of last Saturday for him to vote at. So Ian's a union man - 537 to be exact...
