Halloween Weekend

Happy Halloween Weekend! The IMan did a little light yard work and then met up with his friends, the ghost, frog, dino and ladybug for some trick or treating downtown yesterday before heading to the frog's house for a party. Boy did the Cow have fun. He Moooed up and down Greenwood Ave in Bethel for candy (poor Cow though couldn't take a lot of candy since he can't eat nuts) and then at the party they had a ghost hunt and heard a spooky story. The Cow is haunting our house today and is gearing up for trick or treating in the neighborhood. Hope those neighbors have lots of hay for the Cow...

All the kids downtown - that was the best we could do to pose four three year olds and one almost two year old all at the same time :)

What cow could resist a stop at the local hardware store to check out the tools?

More pics from last night

Halloween fun

We went to a park in New Milford that had hundreds of lit jack o lanterns last night. The IMan loved it. He kept giggling at the pumpkins in a weird maniacal laugh. So we think it was a hit. And he wasn't even afraid of the "Ghosts" and kept asking why people were dressed like bears when he saw people with wherwolf masks on.

Have jackhammer - will work

Ian didn't really take apart the concrete in the garage - but boy does he work. He helped crack out the concrete and slowly the boys are taking out the damaged pieces to pour a new floor.

Fall in CT

Ian went to Stew Leonards on Saturday to pick out a pumpkin and went for a ride in the wagon. After the rain we had last week the guy driving warned us that we might need to get out and walk in knee high water. Luckily we made it and found our pumpkin (after playing for a bit in their kiddie haymaze). Then we went to Home Depot before heading home to wire the garage for electric.
Today is a rainy day around here. And we are stuck because Steven took the carseat by accident. So before the rain Ian and Mommy made a scarecrow. He's a worker. Like Ian. What do you think?
